Saint Tropez Naithon - a new residential development is currently being considered on the wonderful Naithon Beach in Phuket. The concept is based on a coastal setting and will focus on providing a residents' experience in one of the quieter parts of the island with a resort influence from the Mediterranean.
There are a range of warmer tones both inside and out, creating a relaxed and lived-in feel throughout the development. Tiled roofs and an abundance of landscaped walkways add to this general composition. Shared areas throughout have been created with comfort in mind, not formality. The development is also surrounded by tropical greenery, creating a unique fusion which is most certainly set to integrate the development into Phuket itself.
One of the calmer beach areas throughout the island on the west coast, Naithon is not going to be one of Phuket's premier tourist hubs, meaning not only will the sea always be very close at hand but the atmosphere will be much more private.

Contract signing: 30%
Installments for the construction period: 60%
